As the title suggests I finally got my review parcel from edenfantasys as I had to wait Abit because I live in Australia, me and my wife were so excited to check it out we dropped the kids off at day care but to our amazement when we got the parcel home and opened it the box was empty , only thing inside was some packing paper and the product item slip. Has anyone else had this problem as we r very disappointed and was really looking forward to writing a honorest down to earth review. My first reactions was this has to be a scam but please tell me edenfantasys isnt

No custom didn't take it . It looks like it wasn't even

Wow how weird! That has NEVER happened to me! I've gotten probably...200 or more boxes in the last year from Eden and I've never had this issue!
What you should do is just contact Eden and let them know. It's possible it was just an error with the packing area. They ALWAYS fix this stuff. I've gotten the wrong item before, but never NO item, and they are always good about correcting any issues, rare as they may be.

I see you have submitted a support ticket on the matter and I'm disappointed on your behalf that you'll have to wait to get the replacement.
If you don't mind me asking, what did you order?
We have a few sizes of standard boxes and I know we choose one of the larger ones for international shipments because of the damage they might receive in transit. I have had orders come in and the item I wanted was wrapped in the packing paper itself. This specifically happens with lubes and smaller items.
I hope this is resolved soon enough for you! I know how frustrating it can be to have to wait.

Ive had a ton of issues caused within the warehouse on my last few orders. maybe they got some new trainees recently?
