Wrong item shipped

Good morning !
I received an order a few weeks ago that had a gift bag in it. I didn’t order this gift bag for $44. I called 3 times to try and settle this issue. I was told that an email would be sent on the “how-to” of returning it but I never received it. ( or I simply can’t find it. I would like to return this item. Please can you help me? Lisset Finnien

There was an email sent to you, however, it seems that something went wrong

So a new email has just been sent to your gmail account. The subject of this email is: "Wrong item shipped." If you do not see it in your inbox, then please make sure to check your spam folder as well.

Thank you for your quick response! I found the email...I will take a pic of the gift bag and contents and send it tonight after I get home from work. Laura

Good afternoon,

(I thought I had already sent this but it looks like I didn’t, sorry about the delay. )

I tried to upload the picture I took of the gift bag but it just loads this “ https:// “ etc etc etc. do you get the picture on your end? If not I will try and figure out how to send the actual image again.



Maybe I have to use my regular laptop computer instead of my iPad to send pictures? I will try again with my laptop tonight and see.

I would be more then happy, if possible, to return this gift bag either Thursday or Friday in exchange for an Eden’s gift card. I simply would not have ordered a gift bag as I have, unfortunately, no one to gift it to I’m sorry for any inconvenience and confusion. Lisset

No worries, we'll figure it out together. The "correct" email thread would be the one in your email, where you check your mail. Here is a forum thread, which is open to everyone one site. That is why we're asking you to keep the communication in the email, where no one but you and me can read those emails.
