Incorrect Shipping Time-frame

I was charged for one day shipping, but there is a "two-day" shipping label on my package. I'm beyond annoyed.

If your package took longer than one day to ship, or anything is incorrect, I would open a support ticket. You can open a support ticket by going to your account dashboard, and on the panel under "Services", the third option should be "Support tickets". You can open one and talk to someone who should be able to help you.

**I am not a staff member so please take what I say with a grain of salt. This is just from a customer's perspective but I'm sure a staff member would be able to help you out more.
