It wasn't a toy from EF. It was a remote control vibe that worked for only 15 minutes then died. And it was worth a decent sum!

Only once, and it was here. But they sent me a new one immediately! And I did not have to send back the broken one.

How long was the process of having to call get someone on the line etc.? Was it a big hassle?

I've never had a big hassle with EF, I've had a few minor bumps and they've always been very prompt with me.

I've only gotten one broken one but it wasn't form EF. That taught me to stick to EF!

None already broken or damaged - but one crapped out on me within minutes of turning it on.

I still haven't reviewed it because I feel bad.

Yes, it was the 'Wicked Lights' a toy that was supposed to light up and vibrate.

When I finally opened the box, it only lit up. No vibrations!!! I didn't bother to return it as I just wanted it for the novelty of the lights! And it was cheap. If I got something that was pricey or luxurious... I'd return it.

If a company I bought a toy from would not return it or exchange it, I'd not return to buy anything from them. And I'd encourage others not to purchase from them as well.

I've received over a dozen broken toys from here. One was about $150, price doesn't matter. It happens. Don't judge too quickly either. I've ordered hundreds of items from here so that number is a small percentage. It's not biggie and sometimes it's really clear that it is the manufacturer at fault.

Only the very expensive one hae I had to send back. The rest were dealt the same as you. Hasn't deterred me from continuing to order obviously lol.

I received a defective toy just last week from EF. Customer service was great. The toy has been sent back on their dime, and I have no doubts that they will send me the replacement right away.

EF customer service is beyond compare! No hassles with returning or replacing.

I have but here at EF they are very quick to replace or refund my money if the toy is defective. Since I have received over 300 products and only 5 or so have been either defective or just didn't fit I think the track record speaks for itself!

Not yet, knock on wood. But I would be very disappointed if I did and try to get an immediate replacement.

Yes, I have had to send less than as dozen back since July. I think that is pretty good since I have ordered over 200 items. They always get my refund or replacement to me in decent timing. I love that they cover shipping too.

I've received toys and said 'wtf' to myself because they don't look or feel like we had hoped and expected, toys that break rapidly, lingerie that looks crappy in real life and has threads unweaving, never actually a broken toy though.

I just made a post about how neither of the toys in my order actually worked. It's the first time for me, so I feel like I went from zero to sixty. I'm very disapointed

I haven't had any problems with anything I've ordered, but I've heard nothing but good things about the customer service people receive when they do have problems.

Yes, but it was easy to get a replacement when I let EF know about the problem, and it wasn't a very high quality toy anyway.

Yes. From crystal delights. The glass near the crystal is scratched, but since part of the profits went to a cancer charity I didn't have the heart to return it.

I have not gotten anything broken from EF, but I review for another company as well, and I got a broken one last month. I don't know if it was shipped defective, or not as I was not home when it arrived and the post man threw the package over onto my balcony, rather than to leave it at my door. Boo!

I just received my first damaged order, and it's very obvious that the post office did it. There's a hole in the side of the shipping box, and lots of scuffs and bends in the cardboard. All three toys have damage to their packaging, and one toy is broken. I usually use UPS, but I'm still miffed at them for losing an order, so thought I'd try the mail again. Lesson learned.
