I had to send back a damaged item . I was wandering how long it normally takes to get its replacement, assuming it is in stock. I have read the web page but I just wanted personal experience.

Any responses in this thread would be very helpful, as I'm interested in this too. I sent back my damaged dildo and it arrived at EF Friday, 06/21/13, 11:10am, and according to the tracking page it was even signed for. I went to submit a support ticket but it requests that you wait 10 business days for the return process, so I'm trying to be patient.
I'm saddened by this. It's been my understanding that this is a rare occurrence here, but in actuality it seems rather common.

Have you sent in a ticket?? I ticketed about an item I returned after 10 days and they told me the replacement was OOS. Perhaps you could ask them to exchange it for something of equal MSRP price??

It currently takes up to a week from when your return gets delivered back to us. We are working on cutting this processing time to a minimum at this time.
