I've been out of town for the last month or so and placed an order while I was gone. I came back and picked up my order yesterday out of my mail box and one of my items has cracks in it. It's a glass piece so I'd rather not take any chances. Is there any way that I can get it replaced with a new one?

You need to submit a support ticket and they will help you with the refund or replacement. The customer service team is great.

OP: Go into the order history, find the corresponding order, open it and then scroll down to the bottom and look to your left. You'll see a link that says "submit support ticket" underneath Returns and it'll open a widget to fill out the info.
Just submitting a generic support ticket could cause a delay.
