Broken "freebie"

I placed an order last week, which arrived yesterday. One of the promotional freebies- a compact mini vibe, was cracked around the base, and the power button wouldn't work. Has anyone ever gotten replacements for damaged/defective freebies?

You can probably submit a support ticket for it. I have never received a defective freebie but personally I wouldn't worry about it..it was just that free.

I had received mine last year it was not broken, but it honestly it not a good vibe very weak

Mine just stopped working after 2 times. I didn't open a ticket about it, though.

Yes i have... not a “freebie” but a free toy i was supposed to do a review on... i called and they replaced it immediately... EF.. is pretty awesome.

I circled back to this question to ask. Has anyone had a free toy just die after use for a few months? I recently got a toy it worked fine for a few months then just stopped. Not really stressing as it was free but was wondering how you handle it?

I suggest a support ticket, maybe! It was a few months, but EF has always been really kind to me, they might be willing to help you.

I also suggest looking at reviews of that toy on this site and others, and seeing if anyone has the same problem, as it might be an issue from the manufacturer.

In either case you could at least put what ends up happening in your own review so others know! I'm really sorry to hear that, I know how much it sucks to be excited for a new toy and then... Alas it is no longer.

Please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

Also, please make sure the item is fully charged, or if it is battery-operated, the batteries are new and properly inserted.

Good and correct advice!

The only thing I'd like to point your attention to is that per the Review Program rules, we don't publish reviews on broken items. All the issues with the item should be reported to our Customer Support team.
