I want to start off by saying thank you to the Eden Customer Service Team. I have had a few defective toys. A few messages back and forth with customer service and myself and the problems were solved with the issuance of a gift card or replacement toy. I work in a customer service environment as well and I know how difficult it can be to keep customers happy. I tip my cap to the Eden Customer Service Team. Thanks for being great!
