Cancelled item credit since February

Contributor: nova2014 nova2014
I had cancelled an item in February and I thought I had fixed the problem using the support ticket option but I tried to use the card number I was told to use the other night and it said that the system did not recognize the card number. I am currently missing $32.48 and I was hoping to use the weekend special which as you know is ending today and was hoping the issue could be resolved before the deal ends. What should I do??

There's nothing you can do about it today; send a PM to Ilya (EF's customer service manager) tomorrow and explain your situation to him -- not sure if he's working on Veteran's Day, so you might not get a response from him till Tuesday.

One other minor thing...try entering the code in the other box, just in case. Maybe you put it in the wrong box, I did that once and almost freaked out, lol! Not saying you are mistaken, but its worth a shot, right?

Or email Ilya, if you don't hear back from the PM. Ilya @edenfantasys DOT com Make sure to have the item numbers and sale prices of what you wanted to order and maybe you can get them at that price. I have never had a problem with Ilya, he always responds and is willing to work things out. You may not get the sale items, but you will get your money back. It should be easy when they can follow the support ticket trail.

Veteran's Day is a bank (Federal) holiday, so everyone is in the office today.

Ilya can help with this as our two helpful contributors above suggested.
