Why does it say you have to be 21 to enter the vixen site when most are 18? Just seems odd to me, is vixen made in a country where you have to be 21 to buy sex toys?

In California you can get a job at 16. But some places won't hire anyone under 18.

Some regions require you to be 21 to buy sex toys or view pornography. Thats why a lot of splash screens on porn sites or sites like this say "You must be 18 to enter (21 in some regions)"
