New Version of the Ace

Contributor: charmedtomeetyou charmedtomeetyou
I recently ordered and rec'd an Ace Small and I notice the Tantus logo isn't on the side of the base like I've seen in other reviews, it's on the flat surface part of the base. Also, the edges of the base have little rough spots and hanging silicone bits, which I haven't noticed in the video reviews I've seen. Are they being made differently now? The uneven edges make the toy less than comfortable. I really loved the smoothness of the Tantus bases on the other toys from them.....but this one is no where near equal in quality..

Anyone else have any experience like this?

Hello Charmed,

I am so sorry that you've gotten an item that didn't meet your expectations. Our products are handmade, not machine made - so occasionally there are some minor differences, but this sounds to me like a defective item that somehow got past the QC folks. Can you get in touch with me via email at jclark@tantusinc.com? I'd like to replace your Ace, if you'll excuse that weird rhyme. I can get a perfect one on it's way to you ASAP.

And as a postscript - I did ask but it seems the logo placement hasn't changed. It's always been on the flat part of the base.

I must have been thinking of the logo on the Ryder...since it's on the side. My mistake!

Thank you for the message!
