The O2 silicone is dual density which is different from the regular Tantus silicone. Aside from that, it's all made in the same manufacturing plant so I would assume so.

I don't own any Tantus toys (yet) but I've seen some threads where it is discussed that there is a difference in feel between realistic O2 (Adam, Mark, etc) and non-realistic O2 (Cush, Flurry, etc). Anyone experienced this?

The MATERIAL is always the same: platinum-cured silicone. However, the amount of plasticizer is different between the different densities/firmnesses.
