My review of the Leather Oiltan Cock Ring just posted yesterday and I was asked a question I hadn't even considered, so I am putting it to you.
What type of metal is used in the snaps on this item? Are basically the same snaps used on all Spartacus items or does it vary?
Thanks in advance!

Hey Jimbo! Thanks for your inquiry- that specific hardware is nickel-free metal. Specifically, the design consists of a brass base with nickel-free metal outer coating. Metal allergies are extremely common, so although not *all* Spartacus items use that same nickel-free metal, we are working on incorporating it into our product line more frequently as to provide those with allergies more options.

I hope that answers your question- please be in touch if I can be of further assistance!

Thanks for the response Casey!
The outside metal is a nickel free stainless steel like surgical stainless steel?
I guess alot of people with nickel allergies can't wear plated jewelry, because the base metal will have nickel, but since the base metal is brass in this case which is an alloy of copper and zinc and the exterior is also nickel free it might be okay, correct?

Happy Monday Jimbo,

The outside metal is not surgical stainless steel, but it *is* nickel-free metal. Yes, this product is designed for those with metal allergies.
