Is this organic? It does not say on the bottle in the picture, and if its not, it looks like the regular oceanics bottle has changed?

Did you read the detailed information farther down the page? Might say it there.

Regular Oceanics? You mean this was already a product before, it isn't a very new item? I guess that's possible that they just got a different label.

However, to answer your question, the ingredients definitely do look to be safe and natural. Not sure about 100% organic since I didn't see a "USDA Certified Organic" label, which if that label isn't there, it means it may or may not be 100% organic. I'm guessing this just has mostly organic and natural ingredients, but not necessarily 100% organic. Still, the ingredients are all nice and safe, even healthy, unless you are allergic to one of them or something.
And like Eri said, you can find this information (list of ingredients, etc.) on the product page.

Almost all of the ingredients are vegan. The only non-vegan ingredients are water (lol,) plant cellulose (from cotton,) natural tocopherols (vitamin e,) potassium sorbate, and citric acid. Every other ingredient, from the green tea to the sunflower, is organic.

If it doesn't have the the USDA certified organic seal on there it means it's not 100% organic. Most of the ingredients in there are organic if you read the label but not everything is sadly.
