I had written a very honest review about this terrible product on EF and, until this "announcement" when up, the review had over 50 "extremely useful" votes. That review has suddenly disappeared.
The Real Touch is a terrible product - don't bother

Yeah, that seems pretty awful.
Negative reviews don't stop cheaper toys from being purchased and there's always someone else who feels differently about each product so I feel that it shouldn't have been censored. (After all, I really did not like the G-ki but everyone else loves it. So it could be the same with that product.)

Just left a comment on the page! People flock to Eden for their reviews because they reward people with free products and points for their HONEST reviews! I read your review, and I thought that it was very thorough and professional; there was no reason at all to remove it sans because the producer didn't /LIKE/ the negative media! If you don't want people's honest opinions, don't sell your product on Eden! This wouldn't irk me so much on any other site, but the community is built around that truthfulness and honesty, and this is the first community where my opinion has always been valued and respected no matter if others agree with it.

Whoa! That's horrible! I am hoping this is some sort of temporary fluke. I will be greatly disappointed if EF was censoring you. I really wish I got to check your review out, since I hear it is quite critically acclaimed. I hope it comes back up soon!

That's disappointing to hear. Removing negative reviews seems a bit underhanded. It's disappointing this product isn't so great, it looks neat too.

I'm also very proud that 100 people have now given it a rating of "Extremely Useful"
Of course, I also want to thank all of the wonderful contributors on EF for that!

thanks for the info everyone.

I think many of the complaints you had about the machine simply were over the top or minor annoyances and that overall its an amazing product. I do agree partly with the tech support and software installation, privacy issues, etc but if you have the coin to spend on it go for it, its a fun machine. That being said though I still love my Black Tenga Flip device I got for only about $80 and my Super Head Honcho for only $25. Is this the "Ultimate" toy? No, but it's a step in the right direction.
My advice for those with really high definition or big monitors: Run your fonts at no bigger than %120 size and lower your screen resolutions down a peg until the software gets installed.
To get the drivers and plugins to work properly you might have to reset your system a couple times.
Also use the default Windows Media Player (version 11 or older) instead of Silverlight 5+. AND stick with the original 10 vids on the DVD, the "enhancement training" vids, and the Free Vids on the website as the paid ones seems to be horribly out of sync and low quality.

If you like it so much, then why don't you write your own review, especially since you think it's such an "amazing" product? I stand by everything I've said - it's a terrible product and a complete waste of money.

BTW, do you work for RealTouch? It appears as if you don't have a profile and that this is your only post. Again, it would be great if you wrote your own review. Just in case you need to read mine, here it is: link
