Fetish Fantasy Elite dildos

Contributor: ScottA ScottA
I recently received the Fetish Fantasy Elite 7" G-spot for review, and I have a couple of questions.

First, I'd like to comment on how nice it is that the mainstream manufacturers are starting to introduce a much larger percentage of their toys in silicone, glass, or other durable materials.

I was wondering about the construction of the dildo. On examining it I noticed that the suction cup/base was glued in and that there was a small vent hole cast in near the base. Are these dildos hollow and filled? If so, what is the material in the core?

While I don't know what they're filled with, I think the reason it's hollow is that they are using the same molds as their vibrating versions which have the bullet inside near the tip and an external controller. I'm assuming the vent hole is actually the hole for the cord on the vibrating models. I'm not crazy about the craftsmanship, but the vibrating models are nice in that they are reasonably powerful and the vibrations really are right at the head area.

So, they are not solid silicone?

They appear to be hollow up to near the head, which corresponds with what Kindred says about the vibrators being mounted up there. Looking through the cord hole I see what looks like a closed-cell foam filling it. They're still quite stiff during use, and the surface is silicone. Because of the construction, the suction cup portion is a separate cast that is glued on.

They're not up to Tantus/Vixen/Fun Factory/Happy Valley/etc. standards of workmanship, but it's still nice to see more bodysafe toys. They're very stiff.
