Lelo is so expensive. Do you think they price their products right?

They are over priced by a long shot! I wish they'd drop them some.
01/26/2013
The quality of the products always seems really high, so I think it's almost justifiable, but still it's worth waiting until a sale is on to grab one.

The majority of the Lelo products I own have been worth their price, at least to me.
Obviously it would be nicer if everything was cheaper, but I don't mind paying for quality and a good warranty.

I don't regret spending a penny on my Ina 2 or Mona 2 purchases. Or my original Ina, for that matter.

Some are...some of the high end (earl) are just stupid high.
01/26/2013
not as expensive as Jopen!
01/26/2013
No.

I wouldn't mind if they were stronger. I was disappointed with the strength of Siri. I haven't tried the second gen Mona, Ina etc. though. If I'm paying a lot of money, I want something strong enough to get me off.

Yes. I would say that Jopens are more overpriced than LELOs, but both are pretty inflated.

Lelo may seem expensive, but they are priced in line with other premium brands. You gotta pay to play.
01/27/2013
Lelo is a bit overpriced, but the materials, quality and features have all been very good in my experience so I'm going to keep buying them.
And I think brand loyalty is part of what allows them to price their toys so high.

I got Siri, and while I payed more than I could have if I bought it on sale here, I think it was worth it. I really love my Siri. I think the new waterproof ina and mona are worth their price and generally lelo seems to be in line. But I would still suggest getting them on sale. They could be cheaper, but as others pointed out Jopen is more expensive and so it seems pretty in line.

LELO is on the high end of things, but the quality of the items seem to match the price. The LELO Billy was the first "high end" toy I'd purchased and I was really impressed with the design, the materials and how well it worked. You can definitely tell it's a better quality item. That said, I did make my purchase when I found it on sale for a really good price.

Lelo is quite high quality, but I don't really feel the price is justified. The Lelo toys that I've tried have all been a bit weak...

I think they're priced fairly. Well, the silicone ones...let's not discuss the gold-plated ones, because really, those are just flashy toys you buy to show off how much money you have. Anyway...the durability of the toys, the variety of functions, and the quality of the materials are what sell them for me. The warranty and quality guarantee are basically icing on the cake. After all, there are more expensive toys floating around that are pure crap. But even with the luxury brands, Lelo is one of the brands I keep going back to. I've got a Siri and a Form 2. I got Siri for half of what I paid for my Form 2, but I MUCH prefer my Siri.

What other product has a 10-year warranty; even if it is 50% off on an another replacement LELO?

they are worth every penny

They are nice, but they price themselves as luxury products...it's all about business.

I agree that LELO products are expensive, however the majority are very well made. The materials, well planned controls and vibration patterns, design and aesthetics are purely unsurpassable by less expensive products. Of course there are more powerful toys out there; I don't believe LELO toys are built to be powerhouses. They are designed to be safe, pleasurable, and conservatively erotic.
I own a few of their products (Mia, Siri, Mona 2) as well as several inexpensive vibrators and I can confidently say that I'd rather have only one LELO than ten inferior, frustrating toys.

mostly hype

LELO makes luxury toys, you basically pay extra for pretty box and silk pouch. It makes it somewhat similar to buying a designer bag. Of course you also pay for great quality and trusted manufacturer.

Agreed, plus they are not as expensive as Jopen. Could they be cheaper? Yes, but I feel like it's balanced by buying a Lelo on sale through EF. As others mentioned, they are manufacturer with quality that can be trusted. And the black pouch the vibes come with are not too shabby.

Lelo is such a great line, using a high quality silicone and gives you so much control and options. While they are steep in price you have to keep in mind not only is it a rechargeable toy but you get a 1 year manufacturing warrantee and 50% off if your toy has any defects after the frist year for another ten years. I prefer a good quality toy with a great warrantee over something that is just okay, and if it breaks cant be replaced. I dont really see them as being overpriced for being so well made.
