I just wanted to post our story with working with Je Joue on a defective MiMi. We've had our MiMi since last December and it started not vibrating nearly as well even when fully charged. We contacted Je Joue via email and provided them with our proof of purchase and they promptly sent us out a new MiMi, and the newest generation at that. And it only took about 4 days for us to get our replacement. I have to say, that it's one of the best customer service experiences I have had and just wanted to let you know that it was super easy smooth and if any of you have any problems with your Je Joue products, let them know. Super awesome and easy to work with.

That's excellent! I've been debating on whether or not to contact them because my MiMi that I got in February won't shut off all the time or let me scroll back down through the settings. While it still works fine, trying to get it to shut off is a pain in the behind (especially when I hadn't had problems with the buttons to begin with). Perhaps I should contact them sometime about it anyway.

Got an email back this morning, asking for my address to send a new charger to. Apirka, I'm confident you'll have a positive outcome with them. Seeing as how they're in the UK, I doubt they'll ask you to send yours back.

I'm glad to hear that you've had a great experience with Je Joue. My experience is much different, though.
I've been trying to contact Je Joue, but they aren't returning any of my e-mails, and there's no other way to get a hold of them. Can't say I'll be too anxious to do business with them again..

Great! I haven't had a problem with my G-ki but if anything goes wrong it's good to hear I can count on them.
