I want to destroy my charger...

Contributor: Bethy Cassatt Bethy Cassatt
I'm not having any problems with the actual toy, nor is there anything bad/various fireworks problems going on, but Lord help me, I hate how the magnet charger works.

I got the bimini flash and when I try to click on the magnet charger to the base, it's REALLY REALLY hard to get it to stay and WORK. It's just a difficult charger to use and work...

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to tape/afix the charger to the toy so it doesn't move/become jostled and no longer charge? Also, I post this as a warning to anyone considering the flash line: have the patience of a saint to get that charger to stick and work!!!

Eden has a great return policy. If you're having that many problems with it, it might be the product. Why don't you check some of the reviews and see if anyone else warns against having problems with the charger not staying in place. If they do, it might just be a pain in the ass, but if everyone else has one that works like a dream, I'd consider sending mine back for one that does a better job.

Good luck, Hun!

I understand your pain. I have the Minivibe Bubbles and it's a pain in the tush to keep it charging.

When I charge it, I try to charge it in an area that won't be disturbed, such as on my dresser. Then, with the vibrator sitting on the surface, I'll get the charger fixated and back away slowly.

It takes practice, but, once you have an idea of how it fits in that situation, you get the hang of it.

It depends a lot on the toy if that charger will stay in place or not. On my duke it stay in pace perfectly because the surface of the Duke is flat. However on my cobra libre it is horrible because the surface is curved. The only way to get it to work for me is for me is to place the toys off the ground and let the cord hag freely down the edge of what ever I have stacked under it.

Might try to bend the cord so that it makes a right angle, worked for my Yooo pretty good. You could use a piece of masking tape (Blue kind works best s it does not leave any residue) to hold it on. A rubber band may work too.

Well, I consider myself lucky! The only magnetic chargers I've ever had are from the Mimi and the Fifi, but those worked wonderfully. Bless y'alls hearts with all these problems! I hate that y'all are having this much trouble!

I have the FF Spring and it is kind of hinky, I agree. What I do is insert the toy upside down in an empty TP roll. Then when I attach the charger it doesn't shift and stop charging. I had trouble when the toy was horizontal, but when the toy is vertical, logo side up, it charges fine. Good luck!
