Well I'd say that I'm not sure why. If I think of the normal logic with kegel eggs, the smaller is the most advanced since it is much harder to move a small egg around than a bigger one. So the uno could be more advanced, according to that logic. But since that those are different than eggs, I'm not sure...

Hmm... Well, I have a tilted uterus, and I can handle two balls just fine. I think it has more to do with weight, but that's just my opinion.

While I can't be sure of FF's reasoning, I can say that I've heard of women using a single ball for a variety of reasons including weight, size, shape, anatomy, muscle strength, and just plain preference.

UNOs are for women like me who has a tilted uterus - the DUOs are too long, they do not fit properly or comfortably, and will slide out.
