Do they really work? It seems like the whole outter part of the toy would kind of take away from the experience with this. Does it work better than the other "regular" mastorbators? The biggest difference is how bulky and long the Fleshlights are. If you are space-concious, have smaller hands, or other objections, you may not like them as much.

I won one from their site but it wasn't one of the full sized ones. It was a SIAC (Sex In A Can) which has a case that looks like a big can of beer. The sleeve material is very soft and feels nice. Both the SIAC and the normal-sized models have a cap that unscrews to adjust the suction effect while it is being used.
Do they work? Yes. They're velvety soft and have enough texture to stimulate a man to orgasm. They're really a high quality product, so that shouldn't be a factor for dismissing them.
For an average packing man, the regular-sized Fleshlights are somewhat a waste, because you never get far enough into the sleeve to reach the bulk of the internal texture. Not that they wouldn't enjoy the texture they do experience. But the SIAC products are sized-down a little which make them better for traveling and for average men.
I can't speak for women and the use of them - either by their men using it solo or by women using it on their men instead of using their hands - but I would think it wouldn't be much different than, say, you using a massage mitt while stroking your partner. If size is not an issue, I recommend every guy gets a fleshlight. every guy 18+ should be able to scrounge together 50~70 dollars for a quality toy like this

I have a set of four sleeves with one case. My wife was skeptical for a while, she actually felt kind of threatened but after seeing it in action she is a big fan. She gets very aroused watching me use it. I don't have a Tenga or anything similar to compare it to, but I have really enjoyed all the textures. I would recommend Wonder Wave or Vortex, I think it's called. Speed Bump and Super Ribbed were too intense for me. Maybe I'll work up to the Girls line at some point but so far I've been too cheap. They have held up well over the last few years but they haven't been put through continuous use.
