Same with Tori. The people who look over the forums are not who do returns. Submit a support ticket asking for a return. According to the reviews, though, the Entice does seem to be a bit glitchy which is odd considering my Lavish (which is the same thing with a g-spot curve) works amazingly.

I'd definitely third the suggestion for the support ticket, although I also got 2 that didn't function properly. I gave up on them tho, and went with a different toy

Have you tried making sure there is a tight connection with the battery compartment? I even have one toy where the connection is too tight and I have to make it looser.

Thanks guy, I submitted a support ticket. I thought Evolved people might see this lol. I am sad because when I did turn the first one the vibrations were insanely deep and I was so excited to get the second one today, only to find out that it doesn't even turn on :|

I think I will try once more and then if that doesn't work I will check out the Lavish that MK suggested

Also @hearththrob- I have messed with the battery housing several times so far. There is only the one way to put it in so I know I have the batteries in right. I also tried to make sure the connections even touched. I'll keep trying until I have to send it back again lol
