I chose all of the above. For me, I'd love to be able to answer messages from my mentor more easily from my phone. Sometimes the mobile version does not display the 'follow' and 'message' buttons.

I don't think writing reviews from your phone should be allowed, there's just too much that could go wrong there. One example is someone's autocorrect feature, that gets annoying real fast.
