Of course, every vagina (and the person attached) has its own allergies and such, but I don't see anything in the ingredients that would cause any sort of allergy in many women. In fact, Intimate Organics actually makes their products to contain body-safe materials, so you should be safe.
However, however, while it's safe for vaginal stimulation, it *IS* still oil, so I highly, highly recommend against using it on or near the vagina. For one, oil will break down a condom. For two, this is actually intended for massage use, so it isn't intended to be used for vaginal use; it's made to use on non-genital parts of the body.
