Hello, everyone. It seems there are a few issues going on so if you will kindly report them all on this thread that would be wonderful.

Please provide as much information as possible about the error you're experiencing so we can quickly pinpoint the problem.

- Browser you are using to access the site if you are on a laptop or PC (Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)

- Mobile phone platform and model (i.e. AT&T - Blackberry)

- Any links or screen shots you may have.

No, those are already being addressed and we'll just update them that way. But, if anyone sees anything new that would be great! Hopefully, we won't get many comments.

The important thing is it seems to be a rather small fix. And everything should be running smooth again. This is more of a catch-all thread than anything else.

When clicking on tracking numbers the page just refreshes. It doesn't take me to the link to see the progress of my order. I'm using a lap top and Google Chrome.

I'm not getting any alerts either. I have several people I follow so I can read their newest reviews and I'm not getting them.

I use Internet Explorer on the PC and Safari on the tablet.

I think the alert issue must be site-wide. I woke up to four alerts, when I would normally wake up to a dozen, at least.

Just an FYI, I've come to believe the problem I mentioned with Safari in another thread was on my end, not EF's. I haven't been able to solve it, but from what I've read online it's related to a local program db.

Any word on the email issues?

I realized today that some of the contributors I have alerts set for, have published review in the last few days but I didn't get a notification. One or two emails came through, but not for the majority.

I am not getting PM emails, also two days ago the system kicked me off for some reason. I played hell trying to remember my password, I have not had to use it for about a year or so.

Joining the club of users not receiving all of the alerts. Especially, the alerts for PM's. I'm getting a few of my alerts like when a student submits me a review, but none of the rest.

I'm using FireFox on PC.


I also messaged you about the other issue. Whenever I send a PM it doesn't leave me in my dashboard but takes me back to the front page.

I'm still investigating the issue. It seems like every time it's up and running again and then...I just don't get it. Just keep checking your profiles and I'll let you know as soon as it's fixed.

As mentioned, I have the not getting all of my alerts issue - though I do get *some* which makes it more confusing. Also, every time I send a PM, I wind up on the main store page rather than my inbox or outbox.

I use Chrome, btw.

I have only been getting 1/4 the email alerts I should have gotten. I also noticed that points from an order that I received a week ago are still pending. (I submitted a ticket for that and got a reply saying a few other people have reported this.)

I'm getting PM notification emails, but nothing else.

Also, live support chat is not working for me. I don't know if the agent was disconnected without warning, or if he or she just wasn't getting any of the messages I typed. (It's not a pressing matter, I can submit a support ticket later.)

Still not getting all of my notifications, AND also all of my assignments are out of order. It happened once before but after a few hours was fixed. Now it's doing it again, they are all just organized at random and it makes it hard to find where my assignments are without going through a bunch of pages.

I use Google Chrome, by the way.

I'm having trouble with the way comments on reviews are displaying. Normally it's in chronological order, but one of my students and I messaged back and forth earlier today, and the new comments were posted in the middle of all the others. The picture is small (sized for the forums) but you can see the problem if you look at the timestamp on the right:

When I go to the home page and try to click on shop, it drops down but when I move the cursor down, the options go away. I can't click on any shopping area!
I don't know if this is a site problem or my computer. I use Google Chrome!!

*BUMP*

This is still a problem. I was responding to a new review my student submitted, and again, the comments are displaying out of order. It can get pretty confusing.
