You know I just realised why this ten year thing at Eden gives me pause to think. Ten years ago, is when I moved from Canada to China. I think in addition to returns, there should be a recycle program. Either for old toys or ones you cannot return (due to throwing out packaging, or having kept it too long, etc). If you have something you do not use and its parts can be recycled, then there should be a program for that so as to keep it discreet. Imagine sending it through the regular recycle. How embarrassing. Plus I bet a regular recycle would just toss it.
