Last Thursday, the community (and then some) got together to celebrate Eden's 10 Year Anniversary in a rather unorthodox manner, at least by internet standards. We threw a party and invited the world to attend. It was rapid-fire and we saw some new faces in with the alumni contributors; a good time was had by all.
At Eden, there are a few different ways of keeping in touch with each other - commenting on walls, leaving private messages, or simply exchanging an email address when you meet someone you'd like to know more about. Until today, we've never had an official "friending" post that is common on other forums/blogs.
Normally, when we think about what Eden has done for us, it's usually on an individual level and we talk about how hanging out here has increased our scope of tolerance, or improved our personal relationships with our partners. But, how can we become more tightly-knit as a community?
Let's start with an easy one, if you are open to having new friends on Eden please leave a comment stating that you wish for others to contact you via Eden's in-house communications.
Don't feel comfortable with an influx of followers or wall comments and private messages? That's okay, too! Should this be the case, simply talk about how Eden has brought you closer to either knowing your full desires and wants or how it's brought you closer to friends, family, and partners!
