The James Deen for a few reasons. First, UR3 gives off a very strong smell, and it could give you a headache. UR3 also isn't very safe as a material.

The James Deen one is made of silicone, which is very safe. It also doesn't give off a strong odor, at least as far as I know.

They both have the same average vroom/bee, so I think it comes down to the material.
