the blue light never goes on when i charge it, so i have no idea if it's fully charged or if it's not charging. I recently purchased this product ( less than a week). I've only seen the blue light go on once when i first charged it. After that i have never seen it turn on again despite multiple uses.
should i send this in? I don't want to have to pay the $15 shipping and warranty charge. it still working fine but i have no idea when im supposed to charge it and when i'm supposed to stop.

I have not had any problems charging it, when I know where the charger is. What I have noticed is that it will run out of charge all of a sudden, instead of slowing down then stopping.

That's exactly what I was going to put playsalot lol. I wish there were some sort of notice before the battery dies. I haven't had any problems with it charging though, maybe the light is just burnt out or something. I hope that you get it back quickly so you can enjoy!!
