Yesterday I purchased Teagan's jelly bendies tickler and this morning I tried to use it and its already broken, and yes I tried different batteries. This was my first experience with a sex toy and I am very disapointed that I only got one use after spending $30 on this product!

I assume you purchased from EF? Contact them and they will take care of it. Their customer service is the best.

We are so sorry you are having a problem. If you have tried new batteries, and double-checked that they are installed properly (plus up on one, plus down on the other), I also suggest you be sure that the two metal contact points in the cap are bent down enough to make contact with both batteries. If that still fails, there must be a loose wire, and I suggest you contact link With your receipt, and a small shipping and handling charge, they will replace the item for you. It's awesome that Cal Ex stands behind their products, since it appears, like Carrie Ann said, that this was not an Eden purchase and most brick and mortar stores do not take returns.

Sad, but true! That's why we instituted the Vibetronics site as an independent Warranty fulfillment company. We also take back defectives from our distributors, so reputable companies like Eden Fantasys is so willing to be sure their customers are looked after...either way, California Exotic Novelties wants consumers to be happy with our toys.Thanks for your kind words!

All things, even new, can have defects in them. Just ask for a replacement.
