Does anybody know how long it usually takes Aslan to respond to emails?

I had noticed their splash page says they do custom work, and given my new infatuation with my spreader bar, I've been wishing I could upgrade from my First Fetters ankle cuffs to a pair that match my Crystal Blue Jag cuffs. Since Aslan doesn't have Crystal Blue ankle cuffs, I was wondering about either getting some customized Luxe White cuffs with a strip of blue... or if I should just get some Luxe White.

I emailed them back on the 15th, though, and haven't heard anything.

Since the Luxe White cuffs just came back into stock---should I keep waiting to hear whether I can have a Perfect Pair? Or should I just snatch some of these?

I contacted them through the website, Twitter, and Facebook about my ball gag and how I was wondering if they could send me a new ball or if I'd be able to buy another one and they never got back to me. This was months ago.

Thanks for the link---I know Carrie used to come and answer threads in Aslan's section of the forum pretty regularly so I had hoped I was indirectly asking by posting here.

Thanks for the offer, Tim! It might be a hard hunt for baby blue leather, though?

Not if you have a good leather supply shop around. Denver had three of them so I ma guessing other cities would have them too. Let hope you hear something.
