I read about this in the reviews (since the dvds still haven't arrived yet for me) and was wondering that as well! I myself prefer the clean shaven look so it'll probably be a slight 'meh' for me when it does arrive.

Lilly Lebeau was shaved, if I remember correctly. But Bobbi & Bree weren't. (Neither had a wild bush though. They were trimmed nicely.)
