had mine done with a 10 gauge hollow needle then taper it to an eight immediately. it definetly hurt soo i'm still at eight lol

Mine was done much smaller, in fact the horseshoe in my septum right now I think is a 16 or an 18. They're so damn close I can never remember what I have in.

yea 16 and 18 are pretty hard to tell apart, I can't wear that size cause i have alot of hair and you cant see em lol.
