That explains why the movie was so shitty. I was disappointed in how bad/boring and unscary that movie was.

I can watch all of these without blinking. But if you put a dog or any sort of pet in harms way in a movie I have to turn away and get really upset.

I'm not a fan of those kinds of movies just because I don't want those ideas in my head (not because I would act on them, but because they are hella disturbing). I agree with your point that those movies are not exactly a good influence. I'm not sure if I'd go so far as to censor them, though. I personally just prefer to keep that kind of violence and fucked-upedness out of my psyche

I usually like scary movies, but I hate the Saw series. Too gross.
