I cannot sleep for dreams of
Sex
And lies
Have sickened me
I long for dreams of
Freedom
And a caring hand
No more lies
No more pain
I’m sick of these dream with no end
Let me die here
Just let my life come to and end
Let these in life dream just end
Kill me
A sudden end
Sex should not be this way
Lies are not in love
I need a caring hand to help me find love
Not people who lie and have no restraint
I want love not rape
I want freedom not chains
So kill me now
Let it just end for me
For no one know or even cares for me any longer
So just let me die
For that it the freedom I long for
Not the end less life of dream of
Sex
And lies.

Hun--if you EVER feel this way again--you must MESSAGE me or another person you feel close to on the site. Call a good friend and meet up with them or have them come over and spend time with you or call to one of the free help lines for depression or suicide and talk to them. This is a very serious background thought and I do not want anything to happen to you. I have been in your shoes and have learned to overcome those buried and destructive background thoughts.

Baby Girl this was a little darker that some of your other works. I am so glad you will be coming home soon and things will get better.

Wow, that is pretty dark. But it does evoke and resonate the feelings of someone in a doomed relationship who really thinks they have no way of getting out and finding peace and love with someone.

While I agree it is dark, I think it is a good thing that you where able to get it out in some fashion that was healthy. But I do agree, if you ever need anyone to talk to I know that there are many here (myself included) who are here!

Luckily for our little Thornrose her Mama and several, let's call then Aunties, are also here on EF.

Sweetie, we all feel this way when we are young and just starting to deal with problems we've frozen off just to survive. Sometimes getting it out on paper can ease anguish you may not even know you are feeling. If you find that it does the opposite and makes you even more depressed you know you can call your Mama.

Anyhow, great poem, if a little dark and full of anguish. Isn't there a little hope that someone may come along and be the anchor to pull you out of an ocean of misery? MMmhmmm I thought so!

MORE! Give us more! Maybe something happy? You are so chirpy and sweet so c'mon let's see it!

This is dark but very good to get out and off your chest so to say. It is very good to let these things out one way or another and writing is a great way. You know you are loved very much and we will be glad when your trip is done and you are back home.
