Drink lots of water. I also found out how many calories my usual drinks at Starbucks etc were. Youd be surprised at how calories sneak in. I try to avoid sugar added to drinks etc. And try to convince myself to go to the gym as often as possible lol

No/minimal sugar/carbs, lots of protein, weight training and moderate cardio for me.

I did 1 1/2hrs brisk walk 4 - 5 times a week as well as doing Weight Watchers (never attendded meetings - I'm not sociable enough) and I lost most of my weight.
Unfortunately I went back to my evil ways, so I'm doing it all over again.
I have tried most diets, but Weight Watchers healthy eating is the only one that truly worked and that I was able to stick to for more than 2 months. It's not really a diet - just teaches you to eat healthy which I think is the best type of program.

I never treated myself while eating properly, cause as soon as I touch something sweet I crave more and can't stop. So for me, I have to stay away from all junkfood items while trying to lose. I really should stay away from them permanantly.

I tried the gym, but I was working my ass off and never lost anything. It's interesting to see how one thing works great for one but not another.

I worked out very hard and had a closely watched diet. I did weights everyday and cardio twice daily. I took in a gram of protein for every pound I weigh, drank 3 gallons of water a day, and ate 5 meals totaling 2200 calories. I know this is unreasonable for most people, but I had the summer off from school and had no job.

Healthy eating, moderate exercise, lots of walking, not sitting after eating, no fruit at night, water and tea, "serving" sizes of things like cereal and pasta.

I weighed myself today and wasn't too happy to see that I've gained another 10 pounds since I last checked the scale (which was about 2 years ago, but still). I hope I can lose it again, somehow.

Alas, stress makes me gain weight. If I lost weight when stressed I'd be a stick now.

If I ate that many calories a day I'd put on weight. I'm currently doing about 1,400 a day, WHICH SUCKS.
