Tracy Anderson

Contributor: skunked skunked
Just want to start a topic on my personal favorite exercise program The Tracy Anderson Method. I guess you could say she is the new celebrity trainer (Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow, Lady Gaga, Nicole Richie, Jennifer Aniston, Jake Gyllenhaal, Shakira) but after doing her program I have discovered she is so much more.

For me I love what she is about, toning and not building muscle, getting you in the "tiny tiniest" you will ever be. Also her use of training accessory muscles really seems to give a great benefit. My friends and I have been following her exercise programs for three months now and the changes in our bodies are defiantly noticeable. But not only are we looking better but feeling better too! And not to mention she and just like any other good exercise really has made my sex drive increase.

If anyone out there is thinking about getting in shape I highly recommend Tracy. In my opinion her best DVD is the Post Pregnancy Work Out. I mean think about where pregnant women gain weight, ALL OVER! And on that DVD she really works all the muscles and areas of the body hard.

I was up at 6a.m. — i.e. the infomercial hour — and I saw one for her Metamorphosis DVDs. Has anyone here tried them?

I'm actually turned off by her celebrity name dropping, but I'm curious about the workout.

Yeah, I actually gauge how far down the list a celebrity has become when they hit the Infomercial stage.

See: Wesley Snipes, George Foreman, and (yes) Chuck Norris.

Wesley Snipes was in an infomercial? I think that's worse than jail for his image.
