so due to medical conditions making it imposible for me to loose weight and be healthy my doctor and i have decided to do rny gastric bypass. i leave tomorrow so i wont be on for a few. im just really nervous but cant wait to be on the loosers bench getting healthy.

Wishing you well on your surgery, recovery and new life as a skinny person. Remember, even that surgery is NOT magic, you are going to have to do a lot of work to get and stay skinny, but it will also make you SO much healthier, long term. Blood pressure, blood sugar, ALL improve with Gastric Bypass. BEST WISHES to long, good health to you.

Good luck, Dezzy. My mother had the whole gastric bypass (take out bits and staple the stomach and such) back in 1992 - still alive and kicking.

Remember - it's a tool, not a miracle cure. Follow their regime to the letter and you should be healthy.
