Ride Dirt bike--three times per week in good weather. Tones your arms, legs and torso amazingly well. Great for cardio as well!!

I mix up resistance training training with my rowing machine, playing golf, riding my bicycle and swimming.

Typically, I walk to and from work, which is about 1.5h a day of moderate cardio. I do 1h of yoga 3-4 days a weak and I'm trying to add strength training to my routine. I'm also looking forward to when they open the rink for winter so I can go skating.
