It's easy!

Did you: play Wii tennis? Walk for 15 minutes? Dance for half an hour? Mow the lawn? Lift weights? Do yoga? Follow along to your favorite exercise dvd?

Whatever you've done, post it here! The idea is to have a diary of sorts for yourself, and help motivate others to get away from the keyboard (cause we all know how easy it is to get sucked in here at EF ) and get at least those 20 minutes a day that helps keep everyone healthy.

I did push ups and crunches with my son on my back/legs. It's so hard to work out sometimes because he just wants to be right up on me when I start!

I had to drop my circuit training class so I am pretty upset about that, now I have to stay focused and find better ways to work out in my time crunched schedule

I guess I decided this would be a good thread!

My husband and I got up early and went to the gym. 10 minutes at 2 miles an hour on the treadmill to warm up, weight circuit, abs, 10 minutes of cardio, then another 10 minutes of slow walking on the treadmill to cool down. We do this 4 days a week and I hate getting up early, but I love knowing that I'm finally getting some good exercise in.

Kids — the ultimate kettlebells. Excellent work you two (make that three)! I can now add something of my own:

PV: Aug. 22 = 40 min, Kathy Smith (When I was young, I had a distinct dislike for her and Denise Austin's workout videos. I've now discovered nothing has changed. I won't be doing this one again. )

Didn't think I would have time today, but I managed to get an 1:40 bike ride in. Road for about 32 miles.

Today I went to an Iyengar yoga class for the first time. It was very low impact but I did some great stretching. Then I walked down the railway track in the autumn air to catch a bus. Yay!
