Did you: play Wii tennis? Walk for 15 minutes? Dance for half an hour? Mow the lawn? Lift weights? Do yoga? Follow along to your favorite exercise dvd?
Whatever you've done, post it here! The idea is to have a diary of sorts for yourself, and help motivate others to get away from the keyboard (cause we all know how easy it is to get sucked in here at EF ) and get at least those 20 minutes a day that helps keep everyone healthy.
