Along the lines of the "junk food" which would be really hard for me, my wife is not the healthiest of cooks.
But maybe, committing to one day of healthy meals/snacks. That way when we fall off the wagon, it isn't such a drop. Again, it would have to be based off the honor system.

I will also be creating a "Health Issues" thread where people can go and discuss and gain support for other health related things that are not directly linked to healthy eating and exercise.

Yeah, it wouldn't work for everyone. It wouldn't work for me either. I was just throwing it out there. But honestly, I don't think it's safe because there's no way to tell if someone is losing weight in a healthy way. A contest like that could trigger some sort of eatign disorder.

I've been doing much better with drinking water. I found it is easier for me to get in 8 glasses of water using a water bottle. It has the ounces on the side of it. The water bottle contains up to 24 ounces of water. I know if I fill up and drink my water bottle 3 times I've reached my goal and then some.
