god after watching this trailer... this movie looks so romantic, in every sense of the word. i haven't seen or heard much about it believe it or not, other than that famous song in the 90's.

but now that i've seen the trailer, i want to watch it bad! be caught up the dreamy dreamy world. looks lovely.

I agree. It looks nice. I'll have to find it sometime tonight... I wonder if netflix has it

I like romantic movies but this is not something that I would have picked for myself, enjoyed it very much.

I did and I didn't like her flightiness. Probably just jealousy! Sometimes we all dream of blowing off real life. She just does!

I admit some of her antics annoyed me especially when she was blowing him off but it was mostly endearing. Really disliked the landlord though!

he is handsome, certainly, but to me more in a boyish way. he reminds me of the older brother on beaver.

this opening scene is super poignant alone - an incredibly elegantly-dressed woman in an evening gown, elbow-length gloves and pearls is eating a donut and drinking coffee out of paper cup, carrying a paper bag from a corner store, gazing in shop windows. it's so carefree and inspiring really. she's so gorgeous. audrey hepburn please marry me.

The stereotyping of the man upstairs was very annoying to me and I had to repeatedly remind myself that it was the 60s so I could find the humor in his character.
