I was talking with a friend of mine who it would be awesome to have a toy that resembled the good Doctor's tool, not to infringe on any copyrights. Something capable of vibrating at super.. SONIC speeds. Something that's built for SCREWing to be frank.

And so, here I am with this awesome idea and no idea how I would implement it. I'm thinking putting a vibrating motor into some sort of cast material.

Idk what would be good to use though. It'd be more of a novelty than anything else.

Maybe you could modify a giant pen so it has a look similar to a certain sound-based screw-fastener. You could probably remove the internals and put the motor inside the case of the pen itself. The hard part would be actually making it look like your tool of choice.

Here's one oversized pen that might work. However, I don't know how well a vagina would react to pen plastic.
