hmmmm probably lox, cream cheese, capers onions and dill. Tofurkey with avocado, tomato, black pepper, mustard and mayo is also a favorite.

Recently I've been buying fresh croissants, cutting them in half and stuffing them with the following yummy things:

Mustard
Cucumbers
Pickles
Cheese
Oven Roasted Tofurkey
Tofurkey tempeh bacon
Purple (red) onions

I can't eat tomatoes because I'm allergic and I don't like greens on a sandwich. *I know, I'm weird.*
