Due to family preferences we do a Ham and a Turkey.
11/04/2012
We usually have Prime Rib. Mr Scotch's family are big eaters and there are a bunch of us.
11/04/2012
We don't have an actual dinner. We make sandwiches. (Thanksgiving was the big dinner)
11/04/2012
My husband usually has a ham steak, sometimes a turkey breast, and I usually have a Tofurkey.
11/04/2012
We don't do a typical Christmas dinner. We normally will go over to the inlaws' in the morning/afternoon and they lay out buffet style snack foods.

Ham

it is different each year. Some years we do turkey, some years ham. We have even done prim rib and sushi one year. Just depends on what people want to have, and who is coming to dinner.
11/04/2012
We have a fried turkey or sometimes we have gotten the turduckens!
11/04/2012
Maybe roast lamb.
11/04/2012
We do ham! YUM!
11/04/2012
We have ham as our main dish. I love ham!

I roast a great moist turkey.

Ham

Ham for me and my kids. I will get Turkey if my mom comes over though because she does not eat Pork anymore.
11/04/2012
Ham, but country ham. None of that sweet spiral stuff.
11/04/2012
steak
11/04/2012
We do enchiladas and tamales. It wasn't until I was about fourteen or fifteen that I learnt people have things like turkey or ham or what have you on Christmas. We only had turkey on Thanksgiving and ham on Easter.
11/04/2012
Always Ham, but sometimes we also do Turkey with a Ham
11/04/2012
We've had a chicken the last few years. A whole turkey is much more meat than we need, and I prefer the flavour of chicken as well.

I am trying to get a roast lamb, but the other contender is steak. I think I'll win.
