Panera Bread has awesome asiago demi. If I go "generic",I'd have to pick chale or brioche--brioche is usually small rolls but both are reach with a hint of sweetness.

Ooooh, I love bread! My favorites:

- pumpernickel (the darker the better)
- rye (the darker the better)
- potato
- anything with seeds & grains in it

After that, I like pretty much ALL other bread and bread products too. LOL
