What Is Your Favorite Kind Of Mustard?

I never liked mustard until I got older and discovered all the different kinds & found my favorite ways to eat it. I only like a very little, I find most too strong, but just like with horseradish, I have found the right touch really elevates a dish. My favorite mustard of all time, and the one that make me change my mind about mustard, is Anna Mae's Smoky Mustard by Robert Rothschild Farm. I mix it with a little mayo and it is amazing in chicken salad and on Swiss cheese, too.

PS, Since I mentioned horseradish...My favorite horseradish preparation is Woeber's Smoky Horseradish Sauce ! Yes, I see a smoky theme going on here.

Spicy mustard: sub sandwiches
Dijon mustard: "salads" (chicken, potato, et al)

Honestly, the only thing I use mustard on is hotdogs, so I just use something basic and not too strong.

I love how you have a preference per dish, you are my kind of person! I am still surprised that I like some kind of mustard after hating it for so long! Goes to show it's just a matter of finding the right fit, like with vibrators, or lube, lol!

I mainly eat horseradish or wasabi, but when I do have mustard it's normally stone ground, honey, or dijon.
