I usually always use penne. What is your favorite?
What is your favorite shape of pasta?

Different sauces require different shapes... So I love all kinds! As just the shape is concerned though, I find I gravitate toward ones that look like actual things, like the shells, or anything I can stuff to bursting with ricotta cheese with a high cheese-to-pasta ratio. Like shells! XD

My favorite is angel hair or ravioli.

I like the bow-tie noodles. I don't know their name... I just call them bow-ties.

I mostly cook penne because they're easier to pick up with a fork, and will not splash sauces everywhere like spaghetti does.

I like angel hair and those little radiator-shaped ones. Also I love stelline (star) pasta for making soups.

I like corkscrew, orzo and angel hair. Bowties and big shells also are fun!

But my ultimate favourite is definitely a good tortellini.

I think I like corkscrew and bowties the best. I live in Texas and I've also seen Texas shaped pasta which I also like
My pasta preference usually depends on the sauce for some reason...
With a Tomato based sauce I prefer angel hair or spaghetti.
With a cheese based sauce I prefer corkscrew or bowties.
With a pesto sauce I prefer penne.

I usually buy angel hair and bowtie. But it also just depends on what I'm making. I like to use corkscrew for homemade mac n cheese.
