I had some left over link sausages from supper two nights ago and am planning to use them tonight in Toad in the Hole with Onion Gravy.

I like to have cold pizza for breakfast the next morning. It's an easy recipe.

I also like to make a pork shoulder roast for dinner, and then use the leftovers the next day to make barbecue pork sandwiches. Yum.

I had to Google your 'Toad in the Hole' thing, it seems like kind of a sausage quiche?

We like to do tenpura nights, and the next day I usually use the leftovers for a pot of japanese stew. Kabocha, lotus root, tofu, sweet potato, maitake/shiitake/butto n mushrooms, onions, carrots, and wakame in a fish based broth with pepper and a dash of sesame oil! Any greens that aren't used for that get diced and mixed up for veggie burritos

OoOoo.. Toad in the hole with onion gravy. That's Yorkshire puds (popovers)!! I made that before.. it was good but how do you keep from browing the edges too much while it cooks near the sausage?? Have you ever done chocolate puds? MmMmMm...soooo gooood!

Left overs, I suck with leftovers. Leftover pulled pork has to be my favorite. Next time I get some I wanna try to mix it on or top mac and cheese with it. Hey, pulled pork grilled cheese sandwhiches are yummy!

Anything to do with meat is super easy. One great one is if we have leftover tri-tip, we fry it up with bbq sauce and throw it on a hoagie bun w/ some cheese.

We call it LOMPS. Left over Mexican pizza sandwich. I dump leftover fajitas and rice between two tortillas and cook it. Also, cheese is involved
