I love to pan-fry my chicken! But only if it still has the skin on. Since I butcher my own, that's not a problem!

Pan fried in the winter and grilled when it's nice enough to grill.

I like to stir fry it with garlic, green onions, and soy sauce.

I usually oven bake it in a pan with a cup of water to help steam moisture into it.

The other way I cook it is to boil it.

I usually pan fry or roast chicken, but I do love fried chicken. I just try not to eat it so often, and I almost never cook it simply because it's messy and I hate cleaning up after it.

I butterfly the breast and stuff it with smoked cheddar, fresh spinach, and then wrap it up in prociutto. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
